Vivido provides personalized print-on-demand products created from customer-uploaded photos using AI technology.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You will only upload photos that you own or have the right to use
  • You will not upload photos of other people without their consent
  • You will not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your order information

3. Image Rights and Processing

Your Rights: You retain all rights to your original uploaded photos.

Our License: By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your images using AI technology
  • Create personalized products based on your images
  • Share your images with third-party service providers as necessary to fulfill your order

AI Processing: You acknowledge and agree that your uploaded images will be processed by artificial intelligence systems, which may be operated by third parties located outside your country of residence.

4. Products and Orders

  • All products are custom-made to your specifications
  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen
  • Production time is typically 3-7 business days plus shipping
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our policies

5. Refunds and Returns

Because all products are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund
  • If we made an error in your order, we will correct it at no additional cost

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (except your uploaded images) is owned by Vivido or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
