Shipping policy

Vivido portraits and gifts are personalized and made to order. The dates shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees, but we work to print and ship every order as quickly as we can.
Order Processing and Printing
Most orders follow this timeline:
- Order review: about 1 business day, while our team checks your design before it goes to print
- Printing: usually 1-4 business days, depending on the item
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Printing may take longer in busy seasons, during carrier disruptions, or when an order needs a closer look.
Shipping Time
After printing, shipping within the United States usually takes about 2-5 business days with standard shipping. Shipping to Canada takes longer. Each product page shows an estimate of when your order should arrive. Shipping times are estimates and may change because of weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Prices
Shipping is one price per order and depends on the size and frame of what you order: from $10 to $25 in the United States and from $15 to $25 to Canada, in US dollars. Two or more pieces share one price, set by their total weight, and it never goes above $25. Each product page shows the price for your choice, and checkout shows the final shipping price before you pay.

Framed art prints, 32x32 canvases and framed canvases, and ornaments ship within the United States only.
Christmas Delivery
Our "Shipping and Christmas dates" page lists the last days to order for delivery before Christmas. These dates are our best estimates and carriers are slower in December, so we suggest ordering early.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us right away at info@vividostore.com. We can only update an address before the order goes to print.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
If a package appears delayed, lost, or incorrectly marked delivered, contact us and we will help review the tracking. We may ask you to contact the carrier directly, because carriers control the final delivery scan and local delivery investigation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes such as GST or HST, or similar charges may apply on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Customs processing can also delay delivery.
Digital Copy Delivery
Every order includes a complimentary digital copy of your design, delivered separately by email. Digital delivery does not change the printing or shipping timeline for the physical item.
