Questions, answered
Can I see my portrait before I buy?
Yes. Add your photos and we create your designs right here, for free. You only pay when you choose your favorite and check out.
Which photo of my pet works best?
A clear photo in good light where your pet's face and markings are easy to see, with the whole head in the picture, ears included. Eyes toward the camera help, if you can catch them.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes, up to 4. Add one photo with all your pets in it, or a separate photo of each pet, and we bring them together in one portrait.
Can I make one for a pet who has passed away?
Yes. Use the clearest photo you have of them. You see every design free before you decide, so you can choose the one that feels most like them.
Canvas, framed canvas or art print?
Canvas arrives ready to hang. A framed canvas adds a floating frame in black, white or espresso. The art print is our lightest option. It fits a frame of your own, and in the US it also comes framed in black, white or walnut.
Which size should I choose?
Tap a size above and the picture shows it on a wall at true size, with the bigger sizes outlined around it. Portrait designs come in portrait sizes and square designs in square sizes. Our biggest square, 32x32, comes as a canvas or framed canvas for US addresses.
When will it arrive?
Your portrait is printed for you and then shipped. The estimate above shows when it should arrive, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What if something is not right?
Write to us at info@vividostore.com. If your order arrives damaged or not as you expected, we will make it right.
